OPRAH'S LIFECLASS

I've been watching a hand full of episodes from OPRAH'S LIFECLASS. Tonight I had the pleasure of watching LESSON 15: JOY RISING: AUSTRAILIA. It reminds me of many times in my life where unexpectedly I felt joy rising from within. Even though I saw the episode when it first aired, I couldn't help but feel joy rising in me for the audience in 2010 that experienced the joy of finding out that they were going to Austrailia with Oprah to celebrate her birthday. And I do love the ugly cries in this episode. Like Oprah says "it's joy in it's purest form."
The best part of the show was watching the two men in Oprah's audience laugh, cheer, clap and jump for joy as they find out they would be getting to see and meet Mariah Carey and then the joy on stage as they meet Mariah and find out they'd be in her music video. Joy is a beautiful emotion. Both to witness and to experience.
