AVEDA TOURMALINE CHARGED RADIANT SKIN REFINER

One of the most important beauty routines I do on a weekly basis is exfoliate my face 2 or 3 times a week depending on my physical activity. Over the course of 3 weeks I used the travel sized AVEDA TOURMALINE CHARGED RADIANT SKIN REFINER that I received as a gift. My overall rating for this product is GOOD. My skin was very soft after each use and I did feel that with each use, my face was getting a thorough cleaning.  I used this product at night and I preferred using it on dry skin as opposed to using it on moist skin which is recommended by Aveda only because I felt that the cream kept its thick cream and gritty consistency better. With moist skin I felt that the cream was too slippery and the exfoliating beads weren't working as they should. What I loved most about this product was the thick creaminess of the clay and course scrub beads. Shortly after application, the skin around my nose area did feel slightly irritated by the scrub so I made sure to wash the cream off after no more than a minute after application. This product received a rating of GOOD because it only lacks one thing and thats a wonderful scent. The scent isn't bad, there just isn't much of a scent other than a slight clay smell.
