SEPHORA MOONSHADOW BAKED PALLETE

I've been using the SEPHORA MOONSHADOW BAKED PALLETE for a couple of months. Used as an eyeshadow, I find the lighter colors (from left to right) lavender, nude, white gold, gold and platinum easy to use as highlighting colors for my inner lids. I find the darker colors (from left to right), black purple, deep brown, glitter black, black gold and cobalt blue very hard to blend properly when used as an eyeshadow. The results that I usually end up with are uneven and blotchy. When using the darker colors as an eyeliner, I get very good results. I create a liquid line by using the baked eyeshadow in combination with my favorite LINER SEALER. The color that I get is bold with a touch of shimmer and the color lasts all day. This product gets a GOOD rating because the pallete has been very useful to me.

E.L.F. EYE PRIMER & LINER SEALER

Finding an eyeliner that will not transfer onto my upper lid is challenging. I hate wasting money in the process of finding the perfect one. I have my daughter to thank for me stumbling upon E.L.F. EYE PRIMER & LINER SEALER. She loves beauty products like me and she uses her own money to purchase makeup she and her friends like. E.L.F. is one of her favorite beauty brands because it's cheap and it's good quality products. I went shopping with her one day and found the eye primer and liner sealer and purchased it simply because it was super cheap and I got two products in one. I had not idea I would find a liner sealer that actually works. Used in combination with my favorite powder eye shadows, I can line my eye and not worry that the line I've created will transfer and smudge. It lasts from day to night with no touchups. It is two products in one. The EYE PRIMER does not work for me so I will not be rating that. I will however give the LINER SEALER an EXCELLENT rating. I recommend getting several at a time so that you can use different colored eyeshadows and not have to mix the colors. Use one eyeshadow color per liner sealer. Also, allow 10-15 seconds of drying time after application.

OIL OF OLAY PORE MINIMIZING CLEANSER + SCRUB

When I picked up the OIL OF OLAY PORE MINIMIZING CLEANSER + SCRUB I was very anxious to use it because I've become very aware of my pores becoming larger and more noticeable as I get older. I've been using this product for over a month and I have to give this product a FAIR rating because I did not see a difference in the appearance of my pores. I do like the smell and the exfoliating micro bead ribbons do cleanse my face real well but not enough to refine my skin. 

NEUTROGENA NATURALS LIP BALM

My normal lip balm contains SPF protection in it since I'm exposed to the sun quite a bit. During the winter season however, I'm not in the sun as much so I do give my lips a break from SPF protection and use lip balms that are all natural. I've been using the new all natural lip balm by NEUTROGENA. It's a bionutrient balm with vitamin E and a hint of mint. It contains no harsh chemicals, sulfates, parabens, petrochemicals, dyes, and phthalates. I've been using this product for a month and it does exactly as it says on the package. It protects my lips and it gives my lips the moisture it needs. This product gets an EXCELLENT rating.

NEUTROGENA ACNE STRESS CONTROL TRIPLE ACTION TONER

Living in Hawaii, I'm constantly exposed to high humidity which is good because it keeps my skin naturally moisturized all the time. Having naturally moist skin has given me a youthful look which I'm very grateful for. On the down side, my face is a magnet for dirt that cannot be seen by the naked eye. By then end of each day, I wash my face real good and prep it for a new day. After cleansing I always use a toner to remove what the cleanser has left behind. The toner that I've been using lately is the NEUTROGENA OIL FREE ACNE STRESS CONTROL TRIPLE ACTION TONER. I love it because even after I exfoliate my face real good, the toner gets deeper into my pores and takes off what was left behind leaving me with very clean skin. I give this product an excellent rating.
