E.L.F. EYE PRIMER & LINER SEALER

Finding an eyeliner that will not transfer onto my upper lid is challenging. I hate wasting money in the process of finding the perfect one. I have my daughter to thank for me stumbling upon E.L.F. EYE PRIMER & LINER SEALER. She loves beauty products like me and she uses her own money to purchase makeup she and her friends like. E.L.F. is one of her favorite beauty brands because it's cheap and it's good quality products. I went shopping with her one day and found the eye primer and liner sealer and purchased it simply because it was super cheap and I got two products in one. I had not idea I would find a liner sealer that actually works. Used in combination with my favorite powder eye shadows, I can line my eye and not worry that the line I've created will transfer and smudge. It lasts from day to night with no touchups. It is two products in one. The EYE PRIMER does not work for me so I will not be rating that. I will however give the LINER SEALER an EXCELLENT rating. I recommend getting several at a time so that you can use different colored eyeshadows and not have to mix the colors. Use one eyeshadow color per liner sealer. Also, allow 10-15 seconds of drying time after application.
